01Tengeru Coffee and Meru Community Tour
09:00 pickup and transfer to the agreed community meeting point. Visit a coffee plot and join a host-led preparation and tasting session; fresh harvesting depends on season. Share a simple local lunch, with time for questions, before returning around 14:00-15:00. Hosts decide what to share. Demonstrations may use stored beans; a working harvest or performance is not guaranteed.

Central Arusha hotel pickup. The final pickup time is confirmed with your booking.

Vehicle safari or gentle activity
- Arrive in the departure town before the meeting time. Ask us to arrange airport transfers or an extra hotel night.
- Tell us about access, dietary and room requirements before the group plan is confirmed.
- The dated group quote confirms transport, services, rooms, fees and cancellation terms.
Programme services
- return central-hotel transport in the stated town; driver and/or activity guide as appropriate; the base activities and applicable entry/host fees; one simple lunch and drinking water. Park game drives use a safari 4x4; other trips use a suitable road vehicle unless 4x4 access is required.
Budget for separately
- accommodation, breakfast, dinner, airport transfers, flights, visas, insurance, voluntary tips, shopping and any optional activity or equipment hire not expressly included. Carry breakfast or arrange it with your existing hotel for early starts.
Before you book
A pre-planned group departure. Register interest while we arrange the group, suppliers and final quote.
Group rates are confirmed separately. Private-party brochure estimates are not group-joining prices.
Registration records your interest or request. It does not reserve a paid place. The team prepares your party’s offer; an offered place is held for up to 48 hours. Accept it and complete the agreed booking steps within that hold. Booking confirmation follows the team’s checks.
If the group does not form, the team will discuss a different date, a revised group price or a private trip before you commit.
Pay only through verified Boker invoice instructions. Cancellation and any refund depend on the terms in your accepted offer.
