When you submit an itinerary enquiry, a traveller enquiry, or a Boker Trade partner form, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, travel dates, company information, and message) so we can respond about that request.
We do not sell your details. We may share relevant information with licensed inbound operators only as needed to prepare an outline or trade follow-up you asked for.
Itinerary enquiries include your selected route, travel preferences and contact details. We save these details so our team can prepare your quotation and follow up. Partner applications include the company and business information you provide.

Group trip registrations include your contact details, party size, children’s ages, permit category and any notes you choose to share. We save these to prepare the group offer, manage places and follow up about your trip. Relevant details may be shared with the suppliers arranging your confirmed services.
Optional group trip updates require a separate opt-in. You can switch them off on your private registration page or contact us. Your private link gives access to the registration, so keep it to yourself. Saved trip shortlists stay on your device; they do not subscribe you to marketing.
