2-Day Tarangire Safari with Arusha Arrival Night

01Arrival in Tanzania
Meet your Boker Adventures representative at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to your Arusha hotel. Rest after the flight; no game drive is scheduled. Your briefing covers timings, meals, wildlife etiquette, medical or mobility needs and booked extras. Late arrivals receive the briefing the next morning. Allow about 1-1.5 hours for the transfer, depending on the hotel and traffic. Arrange late dinner in advance. Overnight: Arusha. Meal included: dinner.
02Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast, drive to Tarangire. Explore baobab country, woodland and river habitats with your guide, looking for elephants, giraffes, antelope and birds. Pause for a picnic lunch at a designated site. Leave the park with enough time for the drive back to Arusha, where the package ends at your chosen hotel. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Allow approximately 2-3 hours each way between Arusha and the park gate, plus gate formalities and game drives. This is a full safari-and-travel day; expect a late-afternoon or evening return depending on stops and conditions. Meals: breakfast and picnic lunch. No second hotel night, Day 2 dinner or onward airport transfer is included.

Vehicle safari or gentle activity
- Arrive in the departure town before the meeting time. Ask us to arrange airport transfers or an extra hotel night.
- Tell us about access, dietary and room requirements before the group plan is confirmed.
- The dated group quote confirms transport, services, rooms, fees and cancellation terms.
Programme services
- One Arusha accommodation night on Day 1 in the confirmed room.
- JRO arrival transfer, private safari 4x4 with English-speaking driver-guide for Day 2 and Arusha hotel drop-off at the end.
- One daytime visit to Tarangire National Park with applicable entry and vehicle permits. No crater descent or night drive.
- Dinner Day 1; breakfast and picnic lunch Day 2: one breakfast, one lunch and one dinner. Drinking water in the vehicle and taxes on the quoted services.
Budget for separately
- International or domestic flights, visas, travel insurance, voluntary tips, personal purchases, laundry and drinks other than those specified. Single-room supplements, optional activities, an additional Arusha hotel night, Day 2 dinner and the onward JRO transfer are extra. No cultural visits, Serengeti travel, walking safari, canoeing or night game drive are included.

Registration records your interest or request. It does not reserve a paid place. The team prepares your party’s offer; an offered place is held for up to 48 hours. Accept it and complete the agreed booking steps within that hold. Booking confirmation follows the team’s checks.
If the group does not form, the team will discuss a different date, a revised group price or a private trip before you commit.
