This is a compact two-park safari. Day 3 starts early and combines a crater visit with a substantial return drive. Choose the Tarangire-only option for less travel, or add a separately quoted night for a slower two-park programme. Ends at your chosen Arusha hotel; a room that night, dinner and onward airport transfer are not included. Ask for a reviewed flight connection or an extra Arusha night.

Day 1
Arrival in Tanzania
Meet your Boker Adventures representative at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to your Arusha hotel. Rest after the flight; no game drive is scheduled. Your briefing covers timings, meals, wildlife etiquette, medical or mobility needs and booked extras. Late arrivals receive the briefing the next morning. Allow about 1-1.5 hours for the transfer, depending on the hotel and traffic. Arrange late dinner in advance. Overnight: Arusha. Meal included: dinner.

Day 2
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, travel to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch. Follow accessible forest and lakeside tracks, watching for primates, birds and other wildlife. Water levels and track closures may change the route; tree-climbing lions and large flamingo gatherings are not guaranteed. Continue to Karatu for time to relax before dinner. Arusha to Manyara gate: approximately 2-2.5 hours. Gate to Karatu lodge: about 30-60 minutes, plus viewing and stops. Overnight: Karatu. Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater and return to Arusha
Leave Karatu early with breakfast or a breakfast box. After entry formalities, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive and picnic lunch. Explore the accessible habitats within the permitted session; rhino and predator sightings are never guaranteed. Ascend around midday or early afternoon as agreed with your guide, then return to Arusha and finish at your chosen hotel. Allow about 1.5-2 hours from Karatu to the crater access area, then the game-drive session. The return from the crater area to Arusha can take approximately 4-5 hours, including ordinary gate procedures but excluding long stops. Expect a long day and potentially an evening arrival. Meals: breakfast and lunch. No third hotel night, dinner or onward airport transfer is included. Driving times are estimates, not guarantees.
