  1. Day 1

    Lake Chala Crater Lake Day Trip

    08:00 pickup and drive to the authorised day-visitor access point. Take a rim walk; descend only if the trail, permissions and your fitness allow. Have a picnic lunch and time for birdwatching before returning around 15:00-17:00. The descent and climb back can be steep and hot. A rim-only visit is possible. The trip does not cross into Kenya and does not include swimming.
