The base cost includes one crater vehicle descent fee as well as guest entry. Do not combine with another park or an onward flight. Moshi departure is not offered in this day-trip plan; an overnight route is more comfortable. The crater session is limited by permits and return travel; this is not a full day on the crater floor. Rhino and predator sightings are uncertain.

Day 1
Ngorongoro Crater Day Safari
About 05:00 pickup with a pre-arranged breakfast box; drive through Karatu to the conservation-area entrance. Descend after formalities for a permitted crater session and picnic lunch; the guide agrees the exit time. Ascend and drive directly back to Arusha, commonly around 18:00-20:00 if conditions permit. The crater session is limited by permits and return travel; this is not a full day on the crater floor. Rhino and predator sightings are uncertain.
